Items not picked up by May 12, 2026 will be considered abandoned. If you need more time, please fill out a form at the following link prior to closing time on or before the final pick up date:

The form will serve as your request for additional time and give you the associated costs. We will pull your items for you for the associated fee so that they do not get lost. If we do not hear from you prior to closing time on the final pick up date, your items will be considered abandoned.

Pick up location is 6 Rt. 173, Lower left, Garage door 1 (Right side of bldg), Clinton, NJ 08809. Please park in the parking lot next to the garage door.

Return Policy: We will accept returns within 30 days for any items listed as New or Like New. While we do our best to review products before listing them on the auction, returns are accepted if products are misdescribed. Please note that items listed as new or like new may have box damage. it is the bidder's responsibility to review the photos because there may be box damage regardless of the condition listing. Items listed as Good, Used, or Salvage are not returnable. For all returns, please click the link and fill out the form prior to bringing the product back:

Buyer's Premium: 15%

Auction Item fee: $2.00 per item for items having an MSRP over $19.99. No auction item fee for items having an MSRP under $19.99.

New Jersey Sales tax of 6.625% is added to each invoice if applicable.

Our warehouse is directly next to Clinton Diner at the 173 Service Road Exit off of I-78. Our entrance is on the right side of the building next to the garage door. If the garage door is open, you can enter through the garage door. Otherwise, enter through the door next to the garage door and open the door on the right side of the hallway (before the stairs).

All sales are final! Please review our auction terms and conditions, the auction descriptions for item condition, and the photos. While we try to inspect and describe the condition of each item, we also rely on you to inspect the photos so you know what you are buying. A final invoice will issue for each auction the day following the end of the auction. The final invoice will identify your final pick up date. Any items not picked up by the final pick up date will be considered abandoned and will be relisted or donated. Any items marked as new or like new are returnable if they are not properly described (e.g., if something says new and it doesn't work, you can return it). You have 30 days to return. Anything past 30 days is not returnable.

The following fees are automatically added to your invoice:

$2.00 per item fee for any item that has an MSRP of $20.00 or more
